Twelve drug peddlers arrested in Muzaffarnagar

Muzaffarnagar:

Twelve alleged drug traffickers have been arrested from different areas in the district in a month, police said on Saturday.

According to SSP Abhishek Yadav, 25 kg of doda post, 110 packets of smack and 3,452 tablets of an intoxicating compound were seized during a month-long drive against drug traffickers.

The raids were conducted in Chapar, Kotwali, Budhana, Shahpur and Bhorakala police station areas in the district, he said.
