Slapped, man kills auto rickshaw driver

New Delhi:

Slapped for misbehaving with a woman, a 38-year-old man stabbed her husband to death in southwest Delhi’s Vasant Kunj area, police said on Tuesday.

The accused Surender, who ran a tea stall near Chattarpur metro station, has been arrested, they said, adding that the incident took place on Monday night.

According to police, Sagar (26), an auto rickshaw driver by profession, was attacked by Surender with a knife.

Three days ago, the accused had misbehaved with Sagar’s wife after which he was slapped by the auto driver.

To take revenge, on Monday night, Surender stabbed Sagar in the neck.
