“Alike skills, cleanliness has also become an important part of our lives and using our skills as medium, an environment of cleanliness can be created.
“You don’t have to struggle to maintain cleanliness in your regular life routine. You can continue your regular basis such as cooking, eating, bathing, etc by maintaining cleanliness. Try to make sure of doing small things such as throwing trash in the dustbin, not urinating on roads or public areas, etc. If we can continue this campaign, we can bring a drastic change in our nature and surroundings,” asserted Mr Mishra.
Meanwhile, Sanjay Singh, Executive Director of the JSS, on the occasion provided details of various programmes organised during the fortnight. The programme started with Swachhta pledge, followed by several awareness and plantation drives in various gram panchayats of the districts.
