Charlie Sheen’s neighbor pleads not guilty to felony assault after allegedly attacking actor at Malibu home

Charlie Sheen’s alleged attacker pleaded not guilty to felony assault Tuesday in a Los Angeles courtroom.

Electra Schrock, 47, was charged with one count of assault “by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury,” the LA County District Attorney confirmed to Fox News Digital.

“Court set bail at the scheduled amount of $75,000 without prejudice.”

A judge also issued a criminal protective order against Schrock.

Sheen’s representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

Schrock was initially supposed to be arraigned before Christmas, but remained in custody at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood due to transportation issues preventing her from a court appearance in Van Nuys.

Deputies responded to an incident in western Malibu on Wednesday, Dec. 20 regarding a battery/disturbance call.

“Upon contacting the parties involved, deputies identified Charlie Sheen as a victim of assault,” authorities confirmed to Fox News Digital at the time. “The suspect, Electra Schrock, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, force likely to create great bodily injury … and residential burglary.”

Law enforcement sources told Fox News Digital that the “Two and a Half Men” actor “heard knocking on his door” last week, and slightly opened the door to find his neighbor (Schrock) standing there.

“Schrock pushed her way into Sheen’s home and began grabbing at him and his neck. Sheen tried to get away from Schrock, but she pursued him through his home,” Schrock then allegedly proceeded to grab Sheen’s neck “multiple times, eventually ripping his shirt” before he was able to call 911.

In addition to Schrock’s felony assault charge against Sheen, she was arrested in March and was released on $20,000 bond.
