Kaushambi (UP):
An elderly man was hacked to death at Akbarabad Guhauli village in Sarai Akil area here, police said on Wednesday.
Bhagwan (70) was murdered with a sharp-edged weapon while he was sleeping in his hut on Tuesday night, Sarai Akil SHO Vijay Vikram said.
Members of his family came to know about the incident in the morning.
An FIR has been registered in this regard against an unidentified person. No arrest has been made so far.
